What was the highlight of Rumah Highlands Hotel

The room was comfortable.

The room was comfortable. Had a good night sleep.

Concierge didn't bother helping me unload my bags from the car. They were just looking at me grabbing my bag. Upon booking I requested for a parking slot but I was informed that reservation was not needed. When I returned to the hotel parking was full and I had no choice but to have my car valet parked. When I checked out the next day I found out that when they moved my car they had to push it without me knowing. I just found out when I was checking out and surprisingly when I checked my car's glove box was unlocked when I purposely locked it the night before to test. When I complained I was told that the manager will call me the following day because he/she was out of the hotel. Out of the hotel?? 2 days has already passed. I still havent received a call from the hotel. I enjoyed my time inside the room because I was well rested but the service was one of the worst i've experienced.

The first look and images online look quite good but the actual rooms are dirty (sheets, bathroom, interiour) filled with mold, stains and a messy hallway leading to the room. Altough the staff was nice the stay for that price was unacceptable. We can really NOT recommend this place.

Thumbs up for comfortable beds,.

We're advised not to you use the pool because there's an exclusive reservation of the restaurant which includes the poolside. I booked for the stay because of the supposed pool experience. The pool photos are really most of the time deceiving.

Overall, our stay was good! It met our expectations and I'm impressed on how hospitable they are

The staff were very accommodating

We booked there for 2 nights, (Feb 13-15). During our 2nd night, it was valentines evening. We were planning to just have dinner inside our room and ask for room service for food since we were really tired from touring around the city, but they told us they don't provide room service for that night. Unfortunately, we went into their rooftop instead and eat dinner there and paid an unplanned amount for dinner expense. Was not satisfied with the food too :(

The room was perfect! Very clean and organized. I liked the area near the window where you can just sit and watch the view. The bathroom was awesome and I loved the bathtub. Their breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very accommodating. Will definitely book again.

Well - one of our student had his watch stolen in his room… when confronting the staff - just said that it wasn't them.
